The song is ΠΕΡΝΑ ΚΙ ΕΣΥ (Perna ki esy) - [You pass as well), from Notis Sfakianakis (Νότης Σφακιανάκης) Heracles (Ἡρακλῆς) is the archetype of manliness for ancient Greeks, especially Dorians like Leonidas king of Sparta and Philip II, king of Macedon. The Twelve Labours of Herakles, the dodekathlos (ΔΩΔΕΚΑΘΛΟΣ ), were a series of deeds Heracles had to perform to redeem himself after he murdered his wife Megara in a fit of madness. They are rich in meaning, so I decided to make videos about them. Part 3 includes the thrid set of four labours, which are about the secret to Apotheosis (ἀποθεόω), when man becomes a god. It invovles breaking free of human limitations, first by gaining authority over oneself, then adapting to circustamces, then enduring pain and finally not to fear death: 9) the Girdle of Hippolyte (Ἱππολύτη), the Amazon Queen 10) the Cattle of Geryon (Γηρυών) 11) the Apples of the Hesperides (Ἑσπερίδες) 12) Cerberus (Κέρβερος), the guarding of the underworld
